Pluspunten

- Family-friendly - company really treats employees like family members with good life-work balance and flexible hours - Collaborative working environment - people support each other and love to mentor / share knowledge. Good ideas are valued no matter where they come from - Good benefits - good health / dental / insurance; unlimited PTO (no question asked as long as it's reasonable); annual company trip for all employees plus family - Overall -MobilityWare is a good place if this is your first job, or you simply want to collect a stable paycheck

Minpunten

- Lack of innovation - the company may not be as "innovative" as you'd expect from a game studio. Upper management is conservative and tends to follow proven strategies / examples, rather than to take risk and try out new ideas - Undiversified portfolio - following the above point, the company still relies on a few classic card games as its pillar, which could be a potential risk for growth - Limit room for personal learning / growth - this may differ depending on the team / role, but because of the 2 points above, there are not many opportunities for learning new knowledge / skills once you are fully onboard - Overall - MobilityWare may not be the ideal place if you seek frequent challenges or look for fast growth

The culture is great. People are very kind, management trusts employees, and the overall vibe is good.

The base salary is acceptable, but there is no bonus, equity, stock, or a consistent 401k match.
