It's a very competitive environment and some people get stuck at the call center for years and experience slow growth. - The company engages in unethical practices like firing employees who have developed medical problems from working there. - There's no system in the company. - The hierarchy is terrible so young employees are not given good opportunities for growth. - Not all departments are mother-friendly
