Where to start 1. Layer of assistant project manager -> bunch of idiots sitting and warming there chairs. They just have one work to do, call a useless daily standup meeting to discuss all the non sense stuff to discuss Some people have become APM just by talking sweet to the founders. They will start begging to you from morning to evening. They are like bargaining with the developers that they have to deliver 10days of work in 10hours. Even if you complete that in 10 hours then during appraisal you will here "it was 10hours work only, company was in loss on this project" Micro management of people. They will come at your desk at 7.15 pm to check whether you have left for the day or not and will create a fuss next morning saying you left without informing. Why are office hours made? Product team -> current product manager thinks he has created the product. You have taken credit of some others work. Atleast stop showing others person macbook as your own. To sum it up -> APM are beggers over here 2. HR and Admin team -> Specially the admin team. They think they are owner of the company. They can do anything they want to do. They made a fresher who was doing computer cleaning work an AWS admin who had no knowledge of software and he also became a god. HR team -> bunch of idiots who can't even handle salaries, having absolutely no idea what they are doing. 3. Seniors working -> There is zero value for you when you will step outside this company. Doing the same stuff for more than 10years. Get a life. 4. Design team -> will warm the chairs flirt with team members and will work for only 15mins at the end of the day.
