This post is really difficult to respond to - not because it is negative but it starts with a verifiable lie (You say "I worked at Mobiuso part-time", however, there have been no part-time employees at Mobiuso!) However, it does offer a rare opportunity to take a deep breath and perform a "hard introspection to reinforce our beliefs and our values". So notwithstanding the fact that "you may not exist", Thank you! I will respectfully respond that we are sorry that you regretted to be "a member of this organization". I am not sure if we understand your comment about "the rules not make you leave the firm" - once again, the employment at Mobiuso is at will and it is a professionally and legally managed environment, so no one is ever coerced to stay. Although we understand that working and leaving a firm after a number of years is a part of everyone's professional lifecycle, we take pride in the fact that almost all of our team will agree with our efforts to enhance their personal and professional skills during their tenure at Mobiuso. We also believe and practice of retaining good people with a philosophy "which of my people, if they told me that they were leaving for a similar job elsewhere, would I fight hard to keep at Mobiuso". And we are happy to note that in our long streak of relationships, there are quite a few that fit in that category.
