Pluspunten

Genuinely nice and pleasant people to work with and be around. HR seems to find the right mixture between qualified and possessing an enjoyable personality. Great time off benefits, paid coverage, flexible hours.

Minpunten

Management needs a thinning of the herd. The culture from above is built on terror and is very old school business which doesn't not match today's current business standards.

Pluspunten

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Minpunten

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
