-Unclear company direction due to lack of leadership -Company has shifted direction many times and not the Modea it used to be -No company culture or diversity in the workplace -Lack of human resources for work and unbalanced teams due to the huge attrition of employees in a short time -Not many clients -Lack of career advancement or guidance from seniors and leadership

Not a current con, but a watch-out: continue to keep an eye on culture and transparent communication. These are strong points for the company right now, and I want to see these maintained as we grow.
