I love the culture of Modern Realty and everything that the company stands for. Santino goes above and beyond to ensure everyone around him succeeds. From personal to professional he is always there to help! It has been so fun to be apart of building this business and seeing it flourish. Modern Realty truly cares about the people they work with and I finally have the work/life balance that I always wanted. The agents are exceptionally driven and some of the kindest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend Modern Realty, and consider them not only colleagues but great friends!

I work directly with Santino Filipelli, Owner/CEO and he is very involved with every aspect of the company. It makes it super easy for anyone in the company to approach him and ask questions/relay new ideas. The company has a great culture and everyone gets along/helps each other out with real estate transactions, showings, etc. It is a unique community that you won’t find anywhere else in this industry. The company has a unique model that support both new agents and experienced agents in the way that they need it most with mentorship programs for all gent types. There are a plethora of ways to continually learn about the industry with weekly classes and sales meetings. I am continually learning from these classes. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new, good change. Looking forward to helping take the company to the next level - worldwide!
