No politics. Everyone seems to actually be passionate about the work they do and willing to support others. Can work remote or hybrid just matters the work gets done. company is growing and doing some really neat work.

Minpunten

Can't work remotely out of country if you want to travel because of security.

even though it's hybrid, you can't work anywhere else except your home or the office - laptop can't be anywhere else - so no advantage of getaway while working.
