Pluspunten
If you're a self-starter and can deal with the disorganization and having multiple jobs, you'll do okay. Pay is good when the company is making money.
Minpunten
You can roll a nickel down 526 and hit a dozen federal contractors and there's nothing exceptional about what Modulant does. The focus there is just chasing bags of money that the government throws out of the window. Sometimes they get a bag, most often they dont. Lately it's been slim pickings and as a result the bonuses have dried up, paychecks have been cut and the layoffs have started. So don't expect career development or growth here. Some of the folks in management are just buying time until retirement and are fiercely protective over their jobs, so don't expect to be delegated responsibilities. You will be assigned tasks depending on the manager's mood. If you just need a paycheck, then you should be fine. But the people who wanted to further their careers have long since left. Some have formed their own companies.
