My experience at ModuleWorks revealed significant cultural and leadership challenges that made it a very difficult environment to work in, especially for employees with industry experience. There is also a concerning tolerance for internal miscommunication and selective reporting upward to leadership, which ultimately fosters mistrust and a lack of psychological safety. Employees who raise legitimate concerns or share inconvenient truths are often marginalized rather than supported. For individuals considering a role here—especially those with substantial industry experience or a collaborative leadership style—I would strongly advise evaluating whether the company’s culture aligns with your values. In my case, I found that integrity, transparency, and respect for expertise were not consistently upheld, and I would not recommend this workplace.
