To avoid any confusion for Glassdoor users, we’d like to clarify one thing: the position “VP Sales and Marketing” does not exist at ModuleWorks. Based on that title, we assume you were not employed by ModuleWorks directly, but by a company that was integrated into the ModuleWorks Group. Especially during integration phases, different expectations and ways of working can collide and experiences are not always perceived the same way by everyone involved.
That said, the allegations you raise regarding integrity, transparency, and respectful treatment do not align with the standards we hold ourselves to, nor with the overall feedback we receive through various channels. Independent employee surveys and recognitions (e.g., Great Place to Work) consistently reflect strong results in areas such as trust and collaboration; and our market position is built on long-standing customer relationships and strong technical substance.
For data protection and confidentiality reasons, we cannot and will not comment on individual cases publicly. However, a direct conversation remains possible through the established official channels, and we would welcome that if you are interested.
