Low pay. No opportunity for raises Being told we are breaking records every other month and are not properly rewarded for those efforts if at all. No future path for success, they want to keep you working and making nothing but keep their numbers going up even if you are severely understaffed/overworked. Self performance reviews with NO reviews from management so you have no clue where you stand. No information dissemination or organization on management level to employees which hinders the entire department It is only required that half the team be in office while others are working remotely having a much better success rate (WAY TO GO management to support only half your team! Also which creates resentment from forced at work employees) Little to no training while "processes" are changed frequently followed by reprimands without grace period for not doing it the new way directly after it has been changed. Upper level Management will not address the elephant in the room of poor management.
