The training here is effective. The supervisors are ALL recruited internally, so they understand the nature of their tech's work. The company regularly does morale events and brings in food. Level 1 techs are encouraged to grow and move up.
Minpunten
Parking lot isn't well lit. That's about it. People like to complain about this work, but the pay is right on the money considering they are willing to train people who have nearly no prior tech skills. Don't believe the bad hype. Sour people will be sour.
