Minpunten

For the company's founder-CEO, protecting his ego often seems to take precedence over sound judgment. At critical moments, when the stakes are highest, he repeatedly makes poor decisions in hiring CXO-level leaders, which ends up causing significant damage to the organization. These leaders tend to echo the same narratives, and at times display such misplaced confidence in their own competence that the situation reaches the level of “absurd” , you almost have to remind yourself that this is a real organization, not a scripted poorly made web series.

One of the few Telugu companies in the USA, where everyone comes from the same 200-mile radius in India. Even across continents, the Group CEO has successfully built a community that speaks his language - an impressive kind of control.

Minpunten

> Senior leaders don’t always provide clear technical guidance, and junior developers often feel pressure without enough support. > Some C-suite leaders work in multiple companies at the same time. This seems accepted in the culture and makes it hard for serious employees to stay engaged. > The company focuses on products that are not part of the main revenue business, leaving the key money-making area neglected. > Older products and teams are being discontinued, but there are no new products in sight. > There is a lack of transparency with investors on how funds and projects are managed. Some initiatives appear to use investor money for ventures outside the main company.
