WORK CULTRE :The work culture has undergone a dramatic transformation since the new management took over. Those who are dedicated to their work bear the immense responsibility of supporting their less active colleagues. While management is aware of this imbalance, little action has been taken, as they too are part of the problem WORK LIFE BALANCE :In this organization, we're constantly pushed to work long hours, leaving no space for personal lives, family, or even basic self-care! The pressure to meet ridiculous deadlines is relentless, creating a constant state of stress where it feels like we’re always "on." This never-ending strain leads to fatigue and burnout, wrecking our mental health and crushing productivity. It’s absolutely unacceptable! GREAT TEAM: I find myself trapped in one of the most frustrating teams in the organization. Team members seldom speak up about the manager, behaving like puppets instead. This manager acts as if he’s untouchable, completely ignoring the needs of lower-level employees and creating a suffocating environment that crushes growth. Meanwhile, other teams enjoy the flexibility to work from home, but my manager insists on being in the office every single day. It’s baffling, but it feels like he’s projecting his own frustrations onto the team, making our work lives even more unbearable. FRIENDLY MANAGMENT: The management here is completely unfriendly and unaccountable! Policies get changed without any warning—just tossed out in meetings or emails, as if we’re not even here. These so-called policies are designed to screw us over! They pretend our hours are 9 to 6, but it’s really more like 9 to midnight, and when they say we can take compensatory leave, it’s a joke. The workload is so relentless with insane deadlines that we can't even take care of our families! If we approach HR, they just shrug and say it's our manager's fault. But when we confront the manager, he pushes us back to HR. It’s like they’re playing a twisted game of UNO with our lives—no reverses or stop cards, just a never-ending cycle of chaos. And don’t get me started on the review process; it’s entirely on HR’s whims! Reviews happen only when they feel like it. It’s absolutely outrageous!
