1) The company is middle heavy, i.e., more managers and discussions and less people to do the work which pretty much extends the the amount of time taken to complete a task. 2) The company often times keeps the employees in dark with respect to how they are REALLY doing in terms of investments and funding and where was it spent, posing a big question on the CXO's 3) People are told that the company's work timings are flexible and that the importance is placed on the value of the employee's work. Well that's not true. You will be judged on basis of the time you spend on your desk, doesn't matter if you do the work or not. 4) The people culture which was the deciding factor for joining the company has been degrading continously
