We encourage all employees to provide us with honest feedback, whether it is through our employee engagement survey, directly to their manager or HR, or through Glassdoor. Negative reviews are not prohibited, and a non-disparagement clause is standard language across any company and not specific to MongoDB. All feedback, whether positive or negative, helps us better ourselves as an employer. Let us also make it clear that no employee would be subject to retaliation for stating their honest opinion, and we hope you shared your concerns with HR prior to your departure.
