Not a great experience, some leaders are very disrespectful and do not communicate expectation and yet expect you to know it all. After a point I felt it got more personal than the job I did and skills. I was bullied by senior leadership. Some of them are rude and shame you in larger meetings. I was constantly questioned. After few month in - I lost confidence on myself and starting doubting myself hence my performance de-graded. As soon as I was let go suddenly my life got happier and I gained my confidence back and started to learn and grow again in right direction. I wanted to resign as they made my life hell. Harsh Truth

Outside of my Finance Division, every other team is great. I learned a lot. I am still grateful I had an opportunity like this regardless of my bad experiences
