- overtime is almost guaranteed - most managers and higher ups do not act in your best interest - some teams actually have a toxic work environment - salary is worse than elsewhere - not much space to grow except into burnout

People are fantastic and open to collaboration and learning about what others do. Remote work was great too.

management is non-existent. they get paid but they dont do much to earn their salary. no training programs or mentorship. best for experienced people as they can do what they deem is right for the client
