Dangerous levels of constantly-changing brand strategy, disorganization, and interdepartmental confusion. Near complete lack of accountability. Slowly-shrinking legacy revenue base (printers, fonts) shifting into questionable new investments (rent-a-font websites, ad-banner imagery, emojis).
