Pluspunten
This is THE best company I have worked for in my career. The company culture was outstanding even when going remote through the pandemic. The product is extremely interesting and company benefits were great. Great flexibility, collaborative environment it was extremely hard for me to leave. This is a great company to start your career or end your career.
Minpunten
Pay is the biggest negative here. I kicked butt for more than 3 years while here and never received a raise. There is extreme nepotism here at Monotype and if you aren't buddy buddy with an executive, you most likely will never see a raise or a promotion. Sales are treated like God's gift here and are paid extremely well. The CPO insists on budgeting at the 25th percentile which is low in the market. Most orgs are flat, lack of promoting.
