      No commission for sales positions, Lack of direction from management, A company that acquires other companies as a business model, Constant meetings that lack any substance, No transparency for how they measure KPIs, No respect or loyalty for longtime employees, Mandatory work on holidays without holiday pay, Shady practices to avoid paying overtime, During the major freeze in Feb 2021, had hourly employees choose between taking out of their personal PTO or not receiving pay for the MULTIPLE DAYS we were unable to work due to an act of nature which exemplifies how little they regard their employees.

      Ever since the company was bought by AEA investors, Monroe Engineering at Fullerton [CA], has been an absolute corporate. If you are not a sales manager or above, you will not climb the ladder. They have family members and personal friends as their coworkers and will abuse anyone outside that circle. They only give commissions, promotions, bonuses, and raises to their personal friends and family members and WILL try to dodge worker's compensation. The brand on some products are removed so the customer doesn't know the manufacturer and go to them for a wholesale. So you can add the term "Scammers" on top of that too.
