Pluspunten
At one point it was great. The partnership with Beats was the best thing to happen to Monster, it was a "lightening strike" of money. The people, that did the work, are great.
Minpunten
Executive team very incompetent. They say yes to everything regardless of expense and employee's time, which most of the time, was after hours and/or on weekends. Noel Lee is the emperor and believe's himself to be "all-knowing" in the ways of advertising/marketing. His lack of trust with his employees is what will finally kill his company. Even though you were hired for your expertise and talent nothing you can ever do will be good enough for the emperor. Also know that even when you get Noel's blessing it can all change even when the job has been produced.
