Pluspunten
Leaving at the end of a work day - that's pretty good.
Lunch break can be okay but very small "canteen"
Some of the people and managers are actually really solid
Minpunten
Everything else really - zero progression, blatant and rampant favouritism, low pay regardless of role, might get 1-2% payrise per year (This includes minimum wage increase and nothing on top) Max you can progress in a year via payrise would be 7% but this is only if you hit the ever moving targets consistently or get chosen to have static targets (Favouritism)
If you get in close with managers of certain teams your life is a breeze but if you dislike them or they dislike you - you are basically forced out
Very little acknowledgment for successful work, if something becomes too successful it is often taken over by another team.
Top level leadership is bascially absent 80% of the time. This creates no direction for the company, no reason to actually hit targets and progress the company.
Products are known to be unsafe, yet you still have to sell them as being safe. As part of the wording for adverts or sales, employees are instructed to not disclose the manufacturing location (China) and to dispel any concerns a customer may have on safety. This amplifies the non customer retention policy of the company. In an ideal world MonsterShop will take money from a customer and not have them buy again as part of the global sales strategy. This creates alot of returns and negative customer reviews. The 5* positive customer reviews are often fraudulent and part of an induction for new starters - they have to create a positive review of the company. Whenever looking at customer reviews for MonsterShop - cross reference the reviewers name with the customer service team to verify it is accurate
