      Pluspunten

      After joining, the company provided employees with enhanced employee benefits, and the complex processes and procedures have been continuously improved. Employees from different nationalities and backgrounds also reflect the diversity of multiculturalism. I am very accustomed to the company culture with it's background. Personally for myself, it also provides a greater platform for absorbing and career growth.

      During work, it is often necessary to communicate with HQ staff, resulting in differences in understanding.

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Minpunten

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
