- top salary - great tech, lots to learn, competent tech people - a lot of gifts, parties etc. if someone likes it - very good CV entry if you plan to work in mobile games
Minpunten
- making mobile games and their monetisation model is somehow morally questionable (for me at least) - can be very stressful, rotation of people is insane, people getting fired constantly, which makes you think you'll be next - company rewards "superstars" over team-players, pushing people rather than helping them, toxic positivism and fast delivery over well thought and less stressful process - of course this is not constant but happens often in my experience - management often blames developers for failures rather than being a support which is really the opposite of what they should be doing, that being said there are some exceptionally good managers in the company as well
