Decent pay rate, paid health care,

Minpunten

Work all holidays, micromanaging, followed on breaks, expected not to interact with coworkers, fast paced environments, work in all weather conditions, no raise or incentives to take other positions. Male dominated industry, favorites chosen for higher positions.

Besides having to work with technology (robotaxis)there isn’t much.

Minpunten

Upper management micromanages and is very toxic. AVOM and GM lie to you and make the job harder than it is. Just AWFUL!!! Benefits are expensive. You do not get any decent days off on your normal schedule to spend time with family. It’s a 24/7 operation so you work weekends and all the holidays. It takes an act of congress to take a day off and you don’t start accruing til after 90 days. Do not recommend!!! Retention is very low you will leave in under 12 months if that.

No wear and tear on your personal vechicle.

Minpunten

Several of the drivers bi weekly pay are not accurate or late by weeks. Management blames every issue on Spain. If electrify doesn't work it's Spain. If someone forget to load money on phones to charge it's Spain fault as well.
