Pluspunten
Fair (subpar) wages. Not great, not terrible. Market going benefits. SOME people understand the new ways of the workplace at this day and age. MOST don't. Could be much better. Definitely more of a do-your-job-and-go-home type of company. Very by-the-book, if that's your thing.
Minpunten
I don't think I've ever seen a company so micromanaged. You will have someone looking over your shoulder at all times. VERY political. People sucking up to management all day, every day. Very hard to make friends here. Most people will throw you and their grandmother under the bus for pat on the back. Breaks, arrival to work, departure from work, must be down to the millisecond. Not really a con, as it's all by the book, but don't expect any flexibility. There is absolutely no room for growth unless you plan on outstaying everyone who retires. Again. Politics. Management doesn't listen, or at least, only pretends to listen if you have a problem. Nothing gets done. Management doesn't seem to mind the fact that most employees hate each other. If you challenge management, expect to lose your job. In the 3-4 years I worked for them, every single co-worker who quit was due to poor management and the political environment. The two that got fired was due to simply speaking up to management on a disagreement.
