Terrible pay! Head office don't care about staff, whole company is super demanding and put too much pressure on staff for targets. No appreciation, they expect you to do extra hours then forget to pay you for them. No protection or support from management if you have dodgy customers or thief's, only willing to progress you for their benefit not yours. Managers never want to cover weekends so leave it to normal staff. Shifts are never fair unless your buddy buddy with management. Terrible company to work for!!
