Pluspunten

The staff is very friendly. Everyone in pre-production and the warehouse will look out for you on your projects to ensure success.

Minpunten

Upper management is completely oblivious to how hard the staff works to keep the company running. Extreme nepotism in the workplace. They do not value how hard you work, they value and promote individuals who they personally like the most. Your offer letter will say that there is training but there is no training there. Everyone in the AM/PM department is for themselves and their accounts. Sure there may be upward mobility however that will come with a lot of politics. It is not about work ethic . Stay far away from this company if you value work ethic over clear nepotism. Also very high turnover and burnout. Everyone there is burnt out. The benefits are very mid ranged. you won't get a raise for over a year and as a project coordinator good luck getting a promotion you're going to work and work and work for the account manager to make all the money and STILL get no bonus or recognition for your efforts. oh yeah no diversity either.

Pluspunten

Monthly company-sponsored lunches. Clean, modern facilities. Projects can be rewarding once completed.

Minpunten

The culture is unhealthy and difficult to sustain long term. Projects are frequently rushed because leadership does not appropriately manage or scale client expectations around scope, timelines, and quality. This is compounded by a persistent reluctance to hire sufficient staff to support the volume of work being taken on. As a result, employees are expected to compensate through regular overtime, leading to burnout. Compensation across roles is extremely noncompetitive, making it discouraging to work extended hours simply to make ends meet. Communication between leadership and staff is poor, and when projects encounter issues caused by unrealistic planning or under-staffing, blame is often placed on individual contributors rather than addressed at a management or structural level. Over time, this negatively impacts work quality, strains team relationships, and fosters a tense and discouraging work environment, contributing directly to the company’s high turnover rate.
