+ The company culture is great in the Netherlands, with a close group of high-level operating people + High pace work environment, constant changes, and implementations that challenge you to take that next step + Cappuccino machine in the kitchen + Friday drinks are lots of fun + They are working very hard to improve culture, and personal development, and lay out a great career path for every individual within the company + The NL MD is very unbiased, and always tries to find the middle point and solve certain issues. Very kind and patient too.

Minpunten

- Employee benefits are not there yet (although they are working very hard to do so) - Slow and underperforming basic level laptops
