There are no career prospects at all—teams remain stagnant for years. this has been said before but it's worth repeating: positive contributions are ignored, and any mistakes, however small, are overemphasized. You can go above and beyond, work overtime, and you're not going to get any recognition whatsoever. Management constantly gaslights you when you bring it up. The upper echelons of the company constantly interfere with the team's workflow for no apparent reason, often delaying the work for days, if not weeks. CEO's ego is through the roof. Take the job only if you absolutely need the money (the pay is peanuts tho), and leave as soon as you can.
