Pluspunten

The fact that Motorola split in Motorola Solutions and Motorola Mobility favored the first one for sure. Stocks raised and the company is recovering from a long period of uncertainties. The company is making an effort to re-accommodate itself towards new businesses.

Minpunten

Even though exists the intention to go for services and other new businesses, it still persists the mindset of a hardware making company. Employees went through so many changes (do’s, undo’s and re-do’s) that trust and credibility have been lost in many areas. Upper and middle level managers are not still well trained to support these fluctuations.
