Everybody here has been so welcoming but also work hard and really take care to navigate situations in the best most productive way thinking from all angles. Every day I feel like I want to be more at Mount Anvil for myself and my team.

The role itself was very new to me so there is a lot to learn and its not been easy, but with the help and support I'm happy to be testing myself with new skillsets and tasks, without this kind of support and kindness I would have certainly struggled immensely.
