The leadership at the company puts a lot of time into developing their sales people at a very intentional level. The level of support and development is a breath of fresh air. The team environment is super fun, love the coworkers here. The monthly spiffs and contests make work fun.

Work-Life Balance is great here. It is not one of those over-promise and under-delivering companies that burns through people left and right. This is a place I feel like I can make a career. There is an incredible growth path ahead of the company that we get to have genuine input on. Our leadership team is incredible and the culture is by far the best I've experienced.

The job does require you to be in the field and driving, most of your day, visiting clients so if you don't like being on the go and just prefer to be chained to a desk then probably not for you. I however can't stand sitting still so it's really not a con in my eyes.
