Not only a major issue with the lack of trust in the employees, but micromanagement and an obvious pleasure in blame and shame the employees from the CEO, he does not hesitate to use threats if things don't go as planned. No point in hiring people with potential if at the end of the day only his word counts and does not listen to any suggestions, thinking he knows everything and is never wrong, even contradicts what he previously says if it does not work out, no one can talk back anyway. Would be interesting to see if word came out, quite sure the company would have serious legal issues.
