Minpunten

The company Movefast LLC changed its legal name to ICHIGO Inc. in 2021. I find it surprising that new reviews were posted in 2024, and they all consistently rated the company 5 stars. This raises questions about the integrity of the reviews and whether the system might be subject to manipulation.

The team is really helpful, and you get trained to handle multiple platforms like LINE, FB, and IG. There’s a system to track customer feedback, which makes it easier to improve service. Good place to build communication and CRM skills.

Minpunten

Some peak hours get hectic with lots of chats coming in at once.

You learn a lot quickly: chatting with customers, closing sales on LINE and Facebook, using CRM tools. The team is supportive, and there’s solid training. Hitting targets comes with nice bonuses.

Minpunten

It gets busy during big campaigns. Can be a bit much if you’re not used to fast paced work.
