There is no regard to work life balance, families, or overall happiness of employees. Their forced RTO has made the office a toxic cesspool. Certain Ops leaders will target you, and make your life miserable until you quit or they can find some bogus reason to fire you. Run as fast as you can... pass GO... do not stop here!
