Great culture, flexible hours, working from home twice a week, great tech stack, tasty canteen

Minpunten

Economically volatile, as they rely heavily on their largest customer, which led to two rounds of layoffs in 2025 (mostly affected employees who had only recently been hired same year, being let go again shortly after joining) which is definitely not ideal. Thus also hindering salary increases for the rest left. Large technical debt in parts of the system.

Minpunten

I got laid off, so obviously their planning is not top-notch. Management couldn't care less about their employees. Otherwise, nothing. A pretty good company overall.

- Huge technical debt from outdated legacy systems. - Lack of consistent and standardized coding practices. - Transparency issues with stakeholders, sometimes leading to mistrust. - Workplace culture feels toxic and isolating. - High disengagement, people just work and want to leave.
