Almost every time they go for any recruitment drive, they make it sound like "1,800,000 over three YEARS". No, its not that way. Let me explain. Rs 3.3L is your yearly salary. Rs1.2L is the annual stay bonus paid out in the month of Jan after you complete one year. eg: if you join in July'13, your annual bonus comes in the month of Jan'15 and only for a year and not one and half year. If you join in Jan'13, you get your annual bonus in Jan'15 which is almost 25 months from your DOJ!! The mgmt is aware of this and there is a lot of dissatisfaction in employees regrading this. >Long work hours. Its kind of a basic expectation here. Work life balance is a myth.
