Great Staff Great Managers New office building

Insufficient staff parking which leads to a dangerous long walk in winter. The very high turn over. Lack of staff appreciation. The worst of all, the owners. 2 brothers recently had the company handed to them through a relation. They've transformed a positive workplace into a workplace controlled by fear. They're firing long term employees (20 + year staff), and cutting other employee benefits. People who've been there for years now go to work everyday in fear that they'll loose their jobs for no reason (other then they want someone cheaper). The owners also disrespect their staffs intelligence. Meanwhile, friends of the owners are hired with high salaries and given perks above other employees. Generally the staff and managers are amazing, and people wise it IS a great place to work, but with the recent change in ownership that positive attitude is disappearing quickly and people are seeking employment elsewhere. There have been over 30 employees fired (mostly for illegitimate reasons), or leave, in the last 2 years.

A great company within a longstanding industry. Munn has been around a long time, but they've continued to innovate in the way they operate. The culture is also outstanding with lots of employee events, but still maintain work-life balance.

The work can be high-stress from time to time.
