      Hybrid Working, University Location and 17% Super.

      Minpunten

      - A lot of workplace bullying (no point of speaking up becuse it is often from the leadership/management team). This just cultivates a toxic and hostile environment. - Workload is extremely substantial and you are expected to put work before everything. If your coworkers leave they will not replace them for at least a couple of months and you are expected to pick up the workload. - Managment will not listen to any of your concerns or input. Any concerns you have will be diminished and swept away however, they will take credit for your work and ideas. Overall be very cautious and consider why the turnover rate is extremely high...

      Beautiful grounds, those colleagues who were experiencing the negatives of working there banded together

      Bullying and gaslighting go to the top, bullies 'failing up' is common practice, formal complaints with considerable concrete evidence are drawn out and addressed in a manner to encourage resignations. Other staff are scared to stand up for fear of being next. If the complainant doesn't resign the narrative is changed to suggest the complainant has mental health issues, not that there is a serious issue with many of the people and the culture of the university. Toxic, and I hope for the sake of the institution and students it can be addressed.
