Despite working hard, you can be discarded without a second thought. The company makes empty promises about promotions that never materialize. Micromanagement is rampant, making it impossible to work efficiently. When you need support the most, you won't find it here. Management lies about valuing employees, but the truth is, you're just another number to them. Avoid this place if you value your career growth and well-being. I promise there is a better company out there for you.
