Great place to grow and learn to communicate with people of all backgrounds. They are open to new ideas and will put these ideas into motion if it seems productive.

Minpunten

There is very little space for title and salary promotions.

None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
