Most team leads and managers are very supportive. They are a number of weekly and monthly meeting to help in case management.

Minpunten

Too many clients and turn around for documentation is very short resulting in a lot of work. It's a lot to juggle.

Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
