Poor management with no clear vision or leadership direction. The company follows a six-day work week, which is not disclosed during hiring, along with consistently long working hours. There is no transparency around company growth or strategy, and frequent layoffs create an environment of zero job security.
The founders lack hands-on experience in running a scalable SaaS business and rely more on narratives than execution. The product is unstable and broken, delivers little real value, lacks basic analytics, and requires heavy internal effort to function.
Overall, an extremely stressful workplace with weak leadership and poor culture. Not recommended. If you are a female think 100 time before joining this company.
