- Some project doesn't provide any supervision for new comers - Some project has a very messy structure and bad documentation - Comment on performance review doesn't reflect the given rating (comment is vague and useless) - Unnecessary OT, work life balance rarely exist - Some project has bad coding practice and no quality control
