There was no growth at all. They only prioritize their direct hires. If you want easy life because they won’t provide better project and keeps you hanging. I had an experience working with them. One of the direct hire had already an assignment and the two of us ( another business partner) were doing the simulation of their ticket for almost 4weeks. The senior will urge us to finish the simulation tasks but at the end of the day they won’t check your work. It had happened that the direct hired they’ve got a ticket in which they prioritized and this person had a bad time resolving the issue on database. The team lead tapped me to resolve the issue. It’s just funny the employee that they had prioritized won’t had enough skill to resolve the issue 🤣. Issue about oracle db 12cr1. I don’t recommend this company if you are looking for a good career.
Good benefits esp. if you’re looking for long term gratification and security. Hybrid setting for back-office roles/ WFH for software designers. Japanese management and executives are so cool and kind.

Low basic pay. Outdated and conservative practices of HR. High attrition on HR Dept. because of HR leadership. It feels like you’re working on egg shells every time. Culture in Cebu branch needs to improve. Slow promotion.
