The founder Kristen Ayer is extremely manipulative. She strung me along on work with the promise of performance-based incentives but they never came. Her entire day-to-day workforce consists only of interns from Bay Area schools so there is no real learning opportunity she just wants free labor from kids who are trying to gain some work experience. She interviewed me AFTER i already got the job and was extremely aggressive to the point where I was not comfortable around her and would try to make excuses to not be near her. Didn't provide a consistent workspace either and did not pay for transport costs despite agreeing to. Can't say I've heard of a worse employer and would not ever work with her, NETCIRQ , or Pisces Partners ever again. She also tried to make me quit school and work for her for a semester with no pay; just another example of the manipulation at play.
