Bonus structure for Engineers is nearly impossible to achieve unless you have tenure and a good client base (Dangling carrot to lure prospects during interview phase). Don't factor in bonus potential in your negotiations, get as much salary as you can up front. Micro-management in 15 minute increments, you are basically a slave to the company and held to strict quotas. Good ol' boy club is in Lexington, so if you aren't there, you're square.
