Low salary, Politics and management encourages, Immoral methods like bonds, collecting cheques from employees. Owner being a complete feudal lord. Most importantly someone looking from outside should understand there are two divisions inside the company. Software and HR bpo. Most of the good reviews here are from HR side. Software is a mess. Please don't join and get trapped is my advice. Also they make employees put good reviews here and elsewhere. So don't mind all the good reviews, most of them are not genuine at all.
